DONATION BOX OPTIONS

Note. Fees/Donations are not required to participate and do not affect your acceptance. However, for this form to send, you must enter an option for Donation Box. If you can not make a donation you must enter "Other" or the form will not Send.

Another donation method is by a small size sculpture of $250 retail value or by both. It will be used to raise money for the show. Note you can write off your donation, see your CPA, as we are a 501c3 charitable foundation. IRS minimum contribution for purposes of a write off on your taxes is $250.

NOTE: IF YOU PRESS SEND AND SUBMIT A REGISTRATION OR SUBMIT YOUR SCULPTURE IT IS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE INVITATION AND IS YOUR SIGNATURE, AND IS YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO THE POLICIES. DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE WITH THE POLICIES. At your installation you will be asked to sign a copy of the policies before you install. Your registration is also your consent to have your name, photo, work and website published and promoted for sale and exhibited until you have retrieved your sculpture from Sculptors Dominion. Works that stay year around will continue to be exhibited and may be shown at other local venues for promotion of a sale.
